pp11a is strictly for users aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil. Registering as a minor is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

To create an account and use pp11a's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:
During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information: your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, full address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information will result in account suspension and, if a balance is present, the funds may be held pending review.
Pp11a reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time, including a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the bank account used for withdrawals. This verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.
Each CPF may only have one active account at pp11a. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, claim welcome bonuses more than once, or for any other purpose will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials – username and password – secure. pp11a recommends using strong passwords unique to this platform, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat or at suporte@pp11a.net.
Pp11a will never ask for your full password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported immediately.
Accounts with no activity — no login, bet, deposit, or withdrawal — for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as inactive. Following email notification, pp11a may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 against the available balance. The balance will never go negative as a result of this fee, and players can reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned to the sender; this may also trigger a security review on the player's account.
Pp11a does not accept cash, cryptocurrencies, gift cards, or any payment method not listed above. Deposit attempts through unauthorized methods will be automatically declined.
The 10% bonus on Pix deposits is automatically credited to the bonus balance. The standard rollover is 3x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. See the specific terms for each promotion on the Welcome Bonus.
Withdrawals at pp11a are processed exclusively to bank accounts held in the name of the registered player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, including those of spouses, family members, or business partners.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but requests above R$ 50,000.00 per transaction may require additional verification by pp11a's compliance team, with an additional processing time of up to 48 hours.
Before processing the first withdrawal from any account, pp11a requires full identity verification, which includes: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), a selfie holding the document, and proof of address issued within the last 3 months. The process is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
Pp11a reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of the payment method used — in cases where it is necessary to confirm the source of funds, in accordance with the anti-money laundering regulations applicable to the industry.
Balances from unreleased bonuses (still under a rollover requirement) cannot be withdrawn. Only real balance and bonuses that have completed the full rollover are available for withdrawal.

Pp11a Sports Betting operates on a fixed-odds model, in accordance with Law 14.790/2023. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are guaranteed, regardless of any subsequent market movements.
Bets on Brazilian football events follow the official CBF and CONMEBOL rules for determining results. If a match is suspended after kick-off, settlement follows the score at the time of suspension for result markets, as detailed in the support rules.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular Law 14.790/2023 (fixed-odds sports betting), the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and applicable Brazilian civil and contract law.
For any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through pp11a's support channel, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other court, however privileged.
